So this is Christmas…
But what have you done?
That night I saw an angel fall from the sky. Her golden hair gradually lost its shine as she reached the ground. Her beautiful white gown was stained with dirt. I could not see her eyes or her face, but I knew that she was the loveliest thing that could ever exist on Earth. She looked so fragile and innocent.
The adventure is over. We, writers, are back to our normal rate of a hundreds of words per day instead of the massive 1,600+ words that we’ve had to write everyday for one whole month to finally win this year’s August Camp NaNoWriMo.
Hey, that’s mine 
I was lucky that the first two weeks were relatively easy because I was in holidays so I had a great start (4000 words on the very first day!). And when I compare this year’s performance to last year’s in November, I can clearly see a difference: I improved at that crazy thing! Here are my statistics:
Children who can’t remain still and accidentally break something in someone else’s house… Have they really done something wrong? No I don’t think so.
Many teens have the secret dream of becoming a famous writer just like for example J.K. Rowling.
But most of them end up burying this dream deep into the dirt long before they reach adulthood and when they are past this age, becoming a writer was just like saying I wish to become a Hollywood celebrity or marry a Royal family. These of course can happen, but it happens only to 1 in a million of people.
But why do people assume that the 1 in a million can’t be YOU?
If we get discouraged and slowly build a lack of faith especially in teenage years, obviously, we won’t likely reach the dream… 100% determination and independent voice are what we need.
If we go back to our childhood, we notice that parents and relatives constantly asked us what we wanted to do when we grew up. We mainly said things like ‘pop star’ but as years passed we began to think of the possibility of achieving this job and we thought, well ‘teacher’ or ‘doctor’ is more reasonable… and approved by the others.
When I say ‘love’ I mean universal love, i.e. should it be partners’ love, parental love, friendship.
I think it’s too bad to only believe that St. Valentine’s Day is only celebrated by lovers. At school we all wished one another a happy St. Valentine’s Day and one of my friends told me that she was going to go out with her family for dinner tonight. Because they live in love.
So I love my friends and family… and my fellow readers and blogging buddies!
That’s why I’m going to share the awards I received recently and I’m going to ‘pass the love on’ as the saying goes.

My dear friend Aurora made a Christmas Wishlist not a long time ago and I love this post so much that I wanted to share it to you and also my wishlist. The things we should wish for should be more abstract (like peace, love, etc) than material (iPhone, toys, etc), because in the end we find out that the toys begin to wear out and break whereas love of your parents or any other relative and friend remains forever.
As I’m a fan of Wiccan traditions I also know that Yule is coming soon (around the 21st) and this is in a way Christmas’s ancestor. It is to celebrate the winter solstice. Don’t forget to light your red and green candles

Hey so the spirits of Yule and Christmas are 100% present by now and this week’s challenge suits the mood very well! So celebrating Christmas is first and foremost… The set up of the Christmas tree!

Hey so December is on the other side of the door… and so is Christmas A month of joy and festivities!
But here we miss some of the magic because, well we don’t have snow. I’ve always dreamt of touching snow… but well, here it’s tropical weather and it’s summer of Christmas! Fortunately I don’t really mind…
