Weekly Photo Challenge: Windows

Windows have been frequently used in literature to represent a barrier between two distinct worlds, or an entrance to another world, depending on the context.

chinese red curtains and windows

This is one of the windows at home, and as you can see I preferred to take its photo when closed by curtains as windows are openings. Windows are a portal to our soul, especially those at your house. Most of the time the curtains are drawn, therefore it conveys my shy and introvert personality.

By the way the chinese rambles on it mean: “The Little Brother is King.” LOL I like that because indeed my little brother is so spoiled… but well I can’t help but love him! 🙂 he’s so cute!

What does windows tell about you?

An Evil Nymph.

  1. Windows tell me that i should look outside every so often, to always look outwards at the world instead of inwards only at my own thoughts 🙂 if that makes any sense 🙂

  2. I have a big thing for taking photos through windows and doors! I always love to have my curtains open and for a few years I had no curtains at all (except in my bedroom!). I like the writing on your curtains – my little brothers are also Kings (even though they are grown adults now!)
