Ramblings and Shopping Haul of a 16-year-old girl

Heya! My parents celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on the 17th November 😀 yeahh!!

So we all went to stay at my grandma’s so that we would be able to do some shopping in town the next day. A new shopping mall has been inaugurated in October but I didn’t have time to go there because of my exams, but on the day that I was taking part in my last exams paper, my friends and I quickly headed to the mall to have a look 🙂 The mall’s called Bagatelle:

bagatelle at mauritius

And today I went there for a second time… still for visiting! lol it’s far bigger than our usual malls so… I didn’t buy that much and moreover we also went shopping in town itself. Anyway still, I’m going to do a haul – ’cause I love those! ^^

First and foremost, an angelic pair of earrings!! lol again? yeps… couldn’t help buying those:

Haha my NaNo novel is still stalking me… ^^

the penguin of death bookmark

LOL I hope that you can see what’s written on it… If not:

The PENGUIN of DEATH

Things you need to know:

1. He is strangely attractive because of his enigmatic smile.

2. He can kill you in any 1 of 412 different ways.

You know what? I love penguins!!! 🙂

It’s a magnetic bookmark in fact.

Next…

red and black belts

Yay!! I so love belts… especially like those, which you can tie to your waist, on your chest… well you can customise your outfit with those! 🙂

black beaded celtic knot bracelet

And finally a gorgeous black pearly bracelet which seems to be braided, or interwoven… I like those types of designs. So close to Celtic ones 😛

That’s my arm lol! trying on the bracelet…

So about NaNoWriMo… I haven’t written that much during these two days – 16th and 17th – but still I kept the document in a pen drive in my pocket everywhere I went ^^ so that I wrote at my grandma’s when the PC was free.

As you know – or not – my NaNo novel is called “Burning in Heaven” and you know what? My inspiration finally hit the stage where it found an awesome quote that is directly associated with my title – which I hope I will keep when I will edit my novel after NaNoWriMo.

The quote is:

“Take me, Gabe. It’s over, I’ve lost,” she had said. “Burn me in Heaven.”

Aww 😀 I tweeted it this morning – I don’t know if you actually saw that…

Before I leave you, I really need to share a beautiful music video with you all!

It’s a French song I know, but it touched me very deeply as it talks about angels and daemons!! (but not literally) lol!

Anyway I translated the lyrics for you 🙂 The song is called “Mon Ange” therefore “My Angel”:

My life rests on a cloud
I have everything that a girl of my age could dream of
But my desires are dark
When everything’s alright I feel nothing
My happiness has killed a part of me
Forgive me but my happiness is you
Help me

Chorus:
Pay less attention to me
Hurt me for no reason
Mistake my name
Don’t love me forever
My angel, trick me
Be my pretty disappointment
Forget the angel become my daemon

I am fading into my cloud
Blacken my sky give me the worst storm
Remove the arrow which struck me
Free my tears, destroy me to keep me even better
My love has killed a part of me
Forgive me but my love is you
Help me

 Chorus:
Pay less attention to me
Hurt me for no reason
Mistake my name
Don’t love me forever
My angel, trick me
Be my pretty disappointment
Forget the angel become my daemon

I need to find my darkness back
To feel alive
I’ve lost myself in searching for happiness
I’m no good for him

 Chorus:
Pay less attention to me
Hurt me for no reason
Mistake my name
Don’t love me forever
My angel, trick me
Be my pretty disappointment
Forget the angel become my daemon

Pay less attention to me
Hurt me for no reason
Mistake my name
Don’t love me forever
My angel, trick me
Be my pretty disappointment
And become my new song…(x5)
