Weekly Photo Challenge: Breakfast

Haha! For those who know me well this is what I would’ve heard when they’d read the theme of the challenge of the week. To tell you the truth most of the time when I stay home, I don’t eat breakfast. I just tend to forget about it, compared to when I’m at school because school demands a lot of mental efforts — and you know what? I’m more tired when I do mental things than when I exercise physically!

Don’t do what I do, do what I say.

That’s a great quote, because I don’t encourage you not to eat breakfast. Eat your breakfast!! It’s the most important meal you should have in your every day routine! For mostly everyone it’s not and it’s rather dinner that comes out to be the most important, but scientifically that’s not true. Eat breakfast please. Every day.

I’m not perfect, I know… but anyway, I made an effort to have a breakfast today, for the challenge’s sake… and also because I felt slightly hungry this morning 🙂 Might be because I slept on my book last night? (or very early this morning)

Happy breakfast everyone!

morning breakfast

This morning I invited my friends Shira and Andy (please check out their blogs) to share breakfast with me — virtually via Twitter LOL — and we ate crunchy bread with Nutella and digested everything with a cup of coffee! ^^ (I drink my coffee with a small amount of milk in it by the way)

Have a nice Friday everyone!!!

An Evil Nymph.

  1. You are making me hungry, young woman, no go immediately to your cupboard and pass me that darn Nutella, LOL Love the post, MD, agree it is the most important meal of the day. It’s worth it, changes your life for the better 🙂
