This week’s challenge is based on the theme of Community. And here’s what I got…
At this time of the year our whole worldwide community stirs in unity due to the holiday season, especially Christmas.
Today, I’d like to share something special to you. I’m sorry if I’m missing the Weekly Photo Challenges – they’ll come a little late.
It’s Christmas time and every in the world, people are gathering within their family, among their friends, buying gifts, giving and receiving them, preparing Christmas dinner, and most of all, putting up the Christmas tree.
For New Year I received a brand new award called Candle Lighter from kweschn.wordpress.com! Thanks so much again!
Whenever you see a post or blog that you think brings light to the world, put a copy of this post and give them The Candle Lighter Award. What does the recipient have to do to accept it? Just accept it. They can copy and paste the photo on this post onto their blog. What else do recipients have to do? Nothing. If they think someone else is a Candle Lighter, they can surely give them the award anytime and as often as they want. There is no limit to how many blogs you award The Candle Lighter Award to and no limit to how many times someone can receive it.

Alright I know that you can’t clearly see me through the red ball… but well I like the effect. I wanted my face to be clearer in the ball but there wasn’t better than that.
Anyway I’m busy with the end of year season and having fun nevertheless and I hope that you do too!
Today many Wiccans in the world are celebrating the winter solstice, also know as Yule. I’m not much of a practitioner myself because my family is strongly Catholic (not that they are narrow-minded but well… they somewhat know that I’m interested in Wicca anyway) but I love Wicca traditions and I always wear my purple pentacle during those seasonal festivals. Sometimes I find the time and opportunity to light a candle or incense for the goddess or use runes and symbols especially for healing and protection…
Wicca is simply everywhere.
Today it’s been raining cats and dogs though we had 100% sunshine during the whole week… and I’d like to thank the Goddess for that because my country has been lacking fresh water and we were in a period of drought.
Hey so the spirits of Yule and Christmas are 100% present by now and this week’s challenge suits the mood very well! So celebrating Christmas is first and foremost… The set up of the Christmas tree!
(um this was me blogging from my s2 and um it’s not bad though I couldn’t put the picture under the writing… had to edit in my laptop)
