First, I’d like to say Happy International Women’s Day – belated, I know – to all women who are standing up in their life for their rights right in the 21st century. 🙂
And then, I bet you are wondering what’s that title, well, I won’t beat about the bush, so An Evil Nymph’s Blog has been receiving blog awards since I last posted about them at the end of January. Thus since the beginning of February, awards have accumulated in my bookmark, constantly urging me everyday to put them out in a post, and today… is finally the day!
My cousin and I were currently under a kiosk when I took this photo, struggling to catch the rainy details in my little camera, while also waiting for the rain to end so that we could move forward…
I had a long weekend. Friday was a public holiday, here in Mauritius. Yet, as I’m writing this, on Monday morning, I realise that even though I should have had more time to do what I had to do, I in fact did not. I even didn’t have the time to check out WordPress and check my mail as I used to!
What happened exactly?
Well, on Friday, I got my hair cut (again haha, I tend to keep it as short as a boy’s), then since it was a holiday I went to my grandma’s and during my spare time, I blogged (my last post) and did Art homework. Fine.
It was on Saturday that I lost it.
My mind, I guess.

Love has so many meanings. It can be the love shared among the members of a family, as much as it can be the love between two partners. But for this week’s challenge, I’m going to emphasise on the greatest and most powerful love of all: Friendship.
Let me tell you that I have a blogging schedule, but that I don’t have one. Yes, I love paradoxes lately.
What I mean is that when I first started this blog, I had absolutely no clue where I was going with it. I posted at random, writing without being specialised in any niche, many posts a day or how often I wanted to publish something in the blogosphere during the week.
Then I started to have an audience. A small one at first of course, but for me, one faithful reader was enough for me to become a little more organised on my blog, since I’d despise myself for confusing or overwhelming any followers of mine.
Illumination… An interesting theme to tackle since New Year celebrations have just passed… Thus I photographed little fireworks 😀 (the one that we place on the ground and which remains on the ground even when we light it up!)
Hi everyone! On this New Year’s Eve, I’ll be doing everything that needs to be done for this last day of 2012, mainly, the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge: My 2012 in Pictures, the WordPress annual report, some ramblings on the 2012-13 transition…
First of all, for this week’s photo challenge, it was suggested that we present 12 photos at least in a gallery to make an overview of 2012, but I’m going to break the rules and thus here’s my contribution:
My 2012 in 1 Picture

Since I missed the ‘delicate‘ theme, I decided to blend it with this week’s ‘surprise‘! 🙂
Delicate
When I think of ‘delicate’, I think of something fragile and sweet… Desserts?

Gratitude is something that everyone should practice on a daily basis. It makes us realise that there are so many things in life that we have, that we love. And that’s a great way to start the day, with a good mood, by thinking of all the things we have instead of complaining about all the things we don’t have. What do you think?
I found it a little hard this week: geometry. This word reminds me of mathematics or the laws of the universe… It’s a vast word, but a much meaningful one.
As a simple teenage girl, I am just going to show you a bracelet – a geometric one you would say? – I did by myself this week.
Today I have three things to talk about but don’t worry, none of them will be lengthy.
First of all… My interpretation on this week’s photo challenge on ‘contrast’:
It was early in the morning, I had just finished preparing myself to head to school, when the curtains were drawn… and my eyes witnessed a mesmerising sight: timid small clouds as if they’d just woken up, floating together while glimmering in the first rays of the sun of the day. It was so beautiful! I could not take me eyes away from such a unique moment where the sky and windows (which reflect it) have an orange-purple colour…
Wait?? What just happened? When I entered the WordPress homepage I saw to my delight that there was a new tab next to my name ‘New Post’. I decided to use this shortcut to write today’s post… and what the heck?? Everytime I changed the title, the post got officially published! Come on! I haven’t even written anything in it yet!
Anyway I won’t reuse the shortcut again!
Coming to today’s post…
There’s a contagious crazy game spreading around WordPress and it’s the famous ‘Tag You’re It!’ tag. 😛
And yes as you’ve already guessed…
I’d like to thank the 4 awesome bloggers who have tagged me:
2. Shira – The Way I Live Naturally
3. April Denton – Just Me, a blackheart Poetess
4. Teri – The Narcissist’s Blog

I regret not to have opened my mouth.
I regret not to have walked towards him.
I regret not having been able to stop him when he went away.
I regret making the same mistakes again and again…
