The holidays are now officially over here in Mauritius and the 3rd and last term of the school year has begun today. Let me tell you that the last week of my holidays were totally filled up: going out with friends, with family (coming from overseas), keeping up with tuition, and with Camp NaNoWriMo of course.
My worst fear then was to lose control.

I’m sure most of you have felt as such at least once in your lifetime: the feeling of being too busy, having too much to do and not having enough time.
Yet I’d say that you should not worry too much about your situation. I mean, don’t pile up everything in your head and believe that it’s too much for you to bear. Just live every minute of every day. Remain in the present.
Enjoy. 🙂

Do one thing at a time and do everything well. Don’t worry. Relax.
I’m telling this especially to those participating into Camp NaNoWriMo – like me, they have to write 50,000 words in a month – and I know very well how life can get in the way. All. The. Time.
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t written your daily 1,600 words or if your statistics are starting to go down (like mine) because you still have more than two weeks to complete your novel! We’re not in the middle of the month yet! Don’t be discouraged.
Tip: write the most during the weekends! or if you are a busy parent, well early in the morning and late at night works well too.
Most important: don’t hesitate to write! Free time and determined to increase your word count? Well write!! 😀
And if you haven’t been able to write at all one whole day, never forget that everyday is a new beginning.
An Evil Nymph.
Well get down to writing… my book has over a 100 000 words now and at the same time I’ve written 210 articles totaling nearly 130 000 words and that’s in six months so yes it can be easily done.. just set your mind to it and away you go.. I just find if I enjoy the subject it is so much easier to write… love you blog…
Last sentence should read Love your blog… looks terrible English as is..
Yes of course! I’m writing writing 😉
Oh that’s awesome! So true!
Thanks for reading.
Don’t worry about your English, I understood what you meant.
